It looks (from that other thread) like the engine fell down onto the axle..... bad/busted engine mount maybe?? Maybe that's the wrong alternator bracket or belt for the swap (??) and it "self-clearenced"

Put everything back in place and set it on the ground.... or better yet an alignment rack so you can get under it with the suspension loaded.

You gotta figure out why the axle ground away at the alternator bracket .....

The axle seal above looks a little boogered-up... you should replace it. It's hard to tell from the pic, but are the splines in the axle lined-up with that seal? Maybe the FD let loose ?!?!?!
