Personally, I wouldn't run anything more aggressive than stock ITR cam's with that setup. ITR & GSR Retainers are the same. You're limited by the amount of lift your valve springs can support. What are there specs on theese "stage 2" cams? Is the head milled? CR?

Theese websites really helped me understand the physics of a head. I think they came from another thread. The last one has proven test results.
