Yeah installing new rotors/pads is very simple. I installed a big brake (rotor) kit and green stuff break pads in my car, and it didnt take over 2 hours for both sides. Thats including the left caliper i had to grind down because honda doesnt make precision calipers, they slightly vary in size on all rotors. But the point of the story is that its a big waste of money to get someone to put on rotors for you if you have a jack and wrench.
