Thanks guys, i'm gonna run out to summit & pick up a flex section this weekend & get it all fixed up. I'll probly head back to the track next friday.

is that like a 2.75" peice with a 3" slid over it by the flange? I had to take a peice of 3" pipe, cut a V in it and put it in a vice and bend it into a cone that went from 2.5" to 3" then weld the 3" mendrels to that.
naa, it was 2.5 & i flared it out to almost 3, slid the 3inch over it & welded away.
