At that mileage...

rear main seal needs replaced
Check hatch for leaks and seals all around
Check door alignment

Tranny should be good but I am skeptical of those engines with that kind of mileage. If it was taken good care of mechanically then it probably has a few more years in it and would push to 200k...if it hasn't been cared for mechanically then it may just leave you stranded on the drive home.
