probably your deck. i have some old cheap deck and doesnt read well. sometimes, i get the message E -4 or E - 99. sometimes, the disc doesnt even come out when i try to eject it lol. i try and dig in and try to take it out, no use. all i can do is press eject constantly and itll come out when it feels like =D
