Depends on what you desire is for the car if you are looking for track time get something 16 and wide with a nice light weight. Also start thinking forged it is the only way to go light and strong.

Kosei are a great value for a light strong wheel. I think Roja had a decent light wheel as well. As for the rims you are talking about black with the red ring I think they are the time attacks.

I run the stock rims mine are the 8-9 spoke I think for weight sacrificing and for cruising I run 18x7.5 5Zigen Mk5's in Hyper black on my ABP RSX type s
