I am replacing the timing belt, WP, etc on a 2001 Accord, I can't get the bolt loose on the bottom pulley, I've tried, rust solvent, impact wrenches, heated the bolt, tried using the engine starter while holding the bolt with a socket and breaker bar.
I've heard about a special tool to hold the pulley, anyone know where to get one or other ideas to get the bolt loose ?
