Okay, so i've been changing my B18C1 build plans alot, but now im considering sleeving. Heres what I have so far:
81.5mm Wiseco pistons, Eagle H Beams, ACT Streetlight Flywheel OEM Resurfaced Crank & Balanced rotating assembly. Still debating on the use of Golden Eagle Block Guard.
For the head - Blox Titanium Retainers, Valvesprings, and supertech valves. Stock GSR Cams with AEM cam gears for now until I get everything setup. Then I might go for ITR or CTR.
A custom turbo setup with Ramhorn & garret ball bearing T3/TO4E. Tunning with Chrome on a chipped P72 OBDI.
My original HP goal was 300. I've bought alot of stuff sense then, and im thinking that my stock sleeves are the only thing holding me from 400 whp. Mabye the eagle rods too? Should I sell & go with crower or carillo?
The engine is still out of the car, so its easy for me to go back and change plans. If adding the sleeves only gives me an extra 50 hp with that, then its a waste. So what do you think the engine potential is with a good tune -- with and without sleeves? What boost PSI could i run safely & how high can I rev?
The downtime is not a big factor, this is no longer my daily driver. I have the 1000$ for sleeving, but any more & im gonna have to budget for another month.

h: TIA!
Edit: BTW - My calculated CR is 9.5:1
