Well, you could do an ebay search for "belt tension gauge".

Or you could do a google search for "belt tension gauge".

I have a Gates Krikit 1, which is a clicker version. Works as advertised, but there's not that much room if you're checking the belts in a b18c1. Involved some hand contortion, and not bumping the tool when bringing it back to where you can read it.
