Well maybe it's easier to "throw around" a civic, but as far as handling is concerned, a prelude is much more controllabe(Talking about stock vs. stock here...upgrading the suspension changes things)...
I don't know... 84-87 and 88-91 Civic bodies have reputations as handling beasts that Preludes never really did.
The ATTS system in late model SH's was pretty sweet though.
