Yeah, as the previous poster mentioned, the strut bar is extremely easy to install. I think it took all of 10 minutes to install mine.

I have the same problem with my drivers side window in my car (96 accord ex) and I understand that it's a common problem. I have been told (two things) that it's the relay and that it's the actuator (sp?). I don't imagine that it's a super easy thing to replace given that it's inside of the door, but it's also not a transmission rebuild.
