House mod.

The first shot is my next door neighbors patio. The carpet munchers had it up for sale for about a month and I snapped this while it was vacant. Anyway, I want my patio extended out like this.

How much do you think it will cost? I'm already awaiting a quote but wanted to ask around so I want get ripped off.

What I want.


And my current small ass patio. It's 3' x 8' currently, so they would need to break that out. The area I want concreted is 10' x 25'. I was only able to get a partial pic of that area so the Green line would actually extend past the areas marked in the shot.
