i decided to put some 5w-30 into my b16a swap. i have heard alot about it from race people and tv shows. now i am looking to start doing some scca racing and figured it would be a good way to take care of a nice engine and keep it running up to par.
i was also thinking about doing the royal purple gear fluid for my manual transmission, but i would really like some input on it and see how some other people who are running this type of fliud in there cars like it?

do you guys think it was a smart move. i mean it is expensive but you cant really put a price tag on qaulity specially when it comes to your engine and taken care of it. or atleast its how i feel.

the engine has roughly 50,000 miles on it.
