I have delt with Keith at JR and he has always been helpful when the manifold crack the first time did you contact JR? I for one have never had any problems with my JR equipment. No, I haven't. I have read more than enough horror stories to base my opinion. Just because you had a good experience doesn't give them a good reputation. I'm sure almost every company has horror stories, but JR has more than average.
