that is a lot of money to sspend on any build... I would suggest looking into doing your own turbo build... It would cost less money and with some tuning would make more hp... I did my own turbo setup on my 1.5 Civic HB... I chipped my own ECU and tuned it with Crome which is freeware... Overall I made about 210hp on a stock bottom end with 170 thousand miles on the odometer... Building your own turbo setup can be very cost efficient (hp/$) and can be relatively cheap if you buy smart...
