The CARB-legal cats are not high-flow per se, but they are at least as efficient as the OEM catalytic converter.

California is exceptionally anal retentive about which catalytic converters it deems legal. You'll need to go here and select the catalytic converter for your model year.

If you go with the direct-fit model, you should be able to bolt in the new cat converter with no complications. The exhaust system bolts may be a little stubborn, but everything should line up (and plug in) fine.
