it's a relatively victimless crime. 2 consenting adults. what really gets me is....

how in the hell is porn legal if prostitution isn't?! i just don't understand the loophole that allows it.

but anyway, yeah. if it was regulated and sanctioned, most of the objections (diseases, crimes, etc) would disappear. all of that shit comes as a result of it being a bootleg industry. just look at what happened during the prohibition. prositution is an industry just like any other in that respect.

as far as "sex addicts" - do you really think the legalization or prosecution of the addiction is going to have any noticeable impact whatsoever? how many friends do we all have that are "wake and bake?" they don't give a flying rat's ass if it's illegal or not! the problem is not the industry, the problem, as was already stated, is the personality-type or mental/emotional/psychological/whatever the hell you want predisposition. porn, alochol, strip clubs, gambling, yahoo pool, exotic jdm ricey parts, whatever. if it's not one vice, believe me, it will be another.

weed, prostitution, it should all be legal and regulated! america just needs to grow the hell up and let personal responsibility come into play.

and for the record, i rarely go to strip clubs, and i don't enjoy because i know i can't close anybody. i've never cheated on my gf, and we love to fuck all the time. too bad we don't have some female input on this subject...j
