So I finally fixed this the other day.
It cost me $9 in parts and about an hour of my time. I let this problem go for about 8 months...so let's see. At $6 a week for ps fluid, that'd be...$192 in ps fluid that all just ended up going straight onto the ground anyway. :doh:
