They make a lot more of everything else then con-rods.

Crower has been around for well over 50-years. They make almost anything you need for an engine reciprocating assembly. I used Crower cams in many a SB350 project. If you have specifications and/or prints, they will make you almost anything. A former boss of mine used them for 1 off Cams in 1 of 1 pre-1920s era race/touring cars he would restore.

If you need a custom piston I'd start with Wiseco, they'll make anything you need if you give them specs.
