Update on my motor. I got some good news and some bad news just now from my tech. Good news is when i get my motor back from it being sleeved its going to be a semi closed-deck motor capable of pushing "60 psi" (oh boy!) and will be able to withstand anything i throw at it in terms of F/I. But, the bad news is he doesnt know anyone that makes rods specifically for the f23s and he has to do research into someone that makes them for our engines. So right now we're waiting for my engine to get back from Golden Eagle and looking for forged rodsthat are made for my car.

Have you tried looking at using some H23/F22 rods like those from crower? You would then need to check the piston height in the bore but I'm sure your guy could do that, right. You need custom made piston's anyhow right? I was under the impression the only difference between the F23 and F22 was the stroke on the crank, but I haven't looked at this in sometime. I'm not sure if that effects the height of the block or not.
Have you checked over on everything-honda.com. There is a guy over there by the name Killer-B. He has a B's motor build sticky. He's running a 75% built f23 turbo motor, no sleeves, I'm fairly sure he has built rods in his block with 8.8:1 pistons if I recall.
It's like a 50 page sticky, but he has steps along the way...
