Hey there, if you dont plan on changing your shocks you can just remove the whole lower control arm with the shock attached to it and install your GC springs on that, rather than go through the delima(spellcheck)of pressing the bushing out. The bushing isnt available as a separate part from HONDA, you would have to purchase a new LCA if you somehow screwed up that bushing. Also there is a aftermarket company that sells the bushing, but I dont remember the brand.
