you take off the triangular peice in the corner of the window first. near where the mirrors are on the outside.

then you take out all the screws you find. theres one behind the door lever, one in the armrest handle might be one or two more, but those are the hidden ones.

then you start at the top right of the door and just pull out the inside trim.

be careful the glue that holds the plastic shield on is very annoying. i suggest having a can of goo gone ready (goo gone is reccommended as it wont harm paint or anything as long as you wash it off. this is NOT GOOF OFF it is called goo gone and it should get rid of it, or so i'm told.)
