hawaii allows 35% on front, rear, and rearview windows. any percent tint is allowed on the front windshield at the top 4". however reflective tint is not allowed at all. :noes:

edit: come to think of it... last time i took my car in for safety check the tint was at 28%... maybe it's time to have it redone!
