they are alot alike but still very different.

the Type R has:

-better suspension
-more HP
-type R lip
- Type R wheels
-different stock colors
-higher spoiler
-more torque

theres even more differences but thats whats on the top of my head. a GS-R is just a not as good Type R in a way.

still both are great cars
