Unfortunately, as they said, a typical camber kit is not a solution to your problem because they usually replace the upper control arm, not the lower control arm. If the bolt is in fact stuck to the metal sleeve in the rubber bushing and nothing you can do will free it, you have to cut or melt and replace those parts. If you want to go the more expensive route, some companies like SRR make replacement LCA's but I don't even know if they come with bushings or not.
