Not just turbo...whenever you put more air into the motor its going to need more fuel. With big all motor cams will need more fuel too. Its not just FI applications. If your car is pretty stock its pretty useless to try and tune it. If the motor could pull off an extra 10-15hp from just some simple tuning dont you think honda would of done it in the first place?
