The rotors will get too hot to touch after one braking pass so don;t judge it by that. There is air in the lines or your master cyl is leaking. I know on older master cyls, when you manually bleed brakes, the piston can tear the seals inside the master cylinder. I would pressure beeld the brakes or vaccuum bleed them. If that doesn't work, I'd really suspect your master cyl. BTW autozone has them for 50 bucks for non abs 15/16" for the RS.

I just went throught this fiasco and I bled the sytem 5 times beofre I just gave up and bought a new mastercyl.
