a 94 accord definitely will not take 30 minutes. try about 1-2 hours a wheel if you do it yourself without air tools. it took me 2 days to complete a rotor job on the front end of mine. there arent alot of steps, but just doing them is going to take alot of time, and alot of hard work. i had to hammer and chisel each bolt holding the rotor on, then replace them. it wasnt no half hour job...
