the rotor is behind the hub on 94-97 Accords. Other years... yeah 1 hour max. But not this era unfortunately. And also, don't quote prices... just hourly. labor rates vary all over the country. In Northern NJ, $75-85 is about avg for local garages and dealers are about $95-100.
