Be prepared for sticker shock, as starters are not cheap, especially OEM ones. I'd have it checked, because there are other things it could be inside the distributor - ignitor or coil, both of which are also not cheap. I know, I have this problem with one of my Tegs right now.

Is it a stick? Push start it if it is.

You can tell if a fuse is blown just by looking at it...if the starter relay is clicking, it probably isn't the relay.
