I didnt read the whole thing, lost interest half way. I just dont understand how the state(assuming that healthcare is governed by the state) does not have a Official board that inspects hostipals for a standard level of care to the patients. I mean you have restaurants inspectors, housing inspectors, but no "hospital inspectors"?!?
