you'll have glare... trust me... no matter where the arc sits in relation to the filament placement, you'll have glare.

You wont need a relay for the HID's, there is already one for the stock headlights... and you'll know if they are too much cause they will blow the fuses on start up... once the bulb is ignited, they only draw about 2-3 amps.
