Tune up first off. I know when I had my 96 Civic ex I put a bodykit on mine and the weight reduction helped on mpg. Fiberglass hood and spoon ... well Rota rims. Not really an easy way to get better mpg but hey it works.
i agree with the tune up but are u f-ing serious about weight reduction and better MPG
