Workout Crew V.Badnews?
I've had a pain in my side for about a week or two....it only happens when i lay on my side or i put pressure on the side, right on my lower ribs on the right hand side.......My mom told me to take a break from the gym for a week or two, i havent done so yet. They only exercise that irritates it is on leg days when i do the leg press and its only every once in a while. Should i take my moms advice and chill out for a week? It all started when i sneezed one day, it doesnt hurt that bad its just an annoying pain...I don't think its a hernia but if it doesnt go away by next week im going to go get looked at....What is your advice?
