Brakes?
Alright guys. I'm new here and I'm a monster idiot. Here's my story. I have a 98 Acura 2.3 CL. For about a month now, I've needed to change my brake pads and rotors on the rear. Yesterday, they locked on me. I'm not sure if this is some kinda safety thing or I just messed up my brakes so bad that they locked. I meant to change them earlier but I've been to broke to buy my parts. I need to drive to work to make my money so I kept on using the car. Now my deal is, today I bought my parts and I started to change my brakes. But the piston won't compress. I even went as far as going to buy the tool that compresses the piston and it's so hard that it stripped the handle on the tool. I'm wondering if there is anyway to get the piston to compress, like if a safety measure was enabled or if I have to buy a new caliper. I'm praying so hard that I don't have to buy a caliper but if you guys know please let me know. Thanks.
