hey everyone i need help. I own a 95 intgera gsr. about six months ago i went out to start it and it wouldnt start just make a clicking noise didint even try to turn over. So i bought a new battery and it started right up. Well today i went out to start it and same thing. Someone told me it was the starter. all my lights still come on but nothing the positive side of my battery terminal is corodid a little bit what looks like greenish powder what should i use to clean them off then what is my next step thank u.
