You might have to cut it out and have a new bushing pressed in... It's a *****, it's real common. I cut the end off my bolts and used an air chisel to get it out... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Take it to a shop, tell em to get it free so you can install teh new shocks, and it shouldn't be too expensive. That or get a bushing press and do it yourself... Try a torch, big breaker bar, etc...
