They may be made well, but they are only meant to be clamped down once. If you see what happens to a thicker headgasket after torquing and removing it, you would see what I mean.

And honda-bond is a terrible idea on cylinder heads. It will not stand up to the heat of combustion and will cause some serious problems because it cannot be applied evenly and will cause leaks. If you are going to use a gasket, you should use a copper spray to acheive an even coat of gasket that will stand up to the temperatures present near the headgasket.
