I will never buy a pioneer product.

My very good friend has gone through 2 very high-end pioneer units (860mp and 960mp), and they both crapped out on him within a year. The pioneers had many RCA issues and mechanical issues.

they were also terrible with customer service. It took him almost 5 months to get his 860 repaired, and when he got it back, it had the exact same issues as when he sent it out.

Personally, I'd say go alpine. If and iPod interface is what you crave (i will simply never understand this craze), than I hear the new Fullspeed connection is the best.

But, why do you need an ipod interface on your HU? It is much simpler (and cheaper) to just plug into the AUX input and control everything off your iPod.
