Default shock installing

i just put on my ground controls this weekend, and i could not get one of the bolts out. i found my way around it, but i have to get it out to do my shocks.
On the rear shocks, i couldnt get the bolt out of the bottom of the shocks. i think the nut is supposed to be welded to it, but i got it off. the bolt would not come out no matter what i did. i tried backing it out with a big gun. i beat the hell out of it with a hammer. i also used PB blaster. i was told it may be stuck to the bushing inside the rubber ****. is there a way to get it loose other then cutting the whole thing out?
Or would it be easier to just get the camber kit with my shocks, because if im not mistaken, the camber kit includes te entire lower control arm, therefor i wouldnt need to remoce the bolt. butmy camber doesnt seem to be bad, so id rather not buy the camber kit if not needed. please help if you can, thanx.
