well it could just be your instruments that suck, but those numbers sound terribly low.
other than that there is a big variance from 1 to 2,3 and 4. even if your tools suck that might indicate you have a compression leak in cylinder 1.
if your compression tester is in workign order i'd have to imagine that the engine is pretty shot and that you'd most likely be better off going the b20 route... there are another 2 threads about it going on as we speak.
