Hi everyone,
I have owned a 99 Accord EX V6 for about a week. A few days ago, I had the 75k service done at the dealer, including a trans. flush. When I got the car home, I noticed that the trans. was overfull, but I didn't think much of it at the time. It's only about a 1/4 of an inch above the "Full" hole. Then I read that an overfull trans. can be very bad because the transmission fluid can foam.
The manual does not say what to do if the trans. is overfull, nor can I find out how much is too much. A 1/4 of an inch isn't much on a ruler, but it's 100% of the distance between empty and full on the dipstick.
Am I being overly cautious here (i.e. insane?

), or should I take it back to the dealer?
Thanks,
EZ
