If you turbo your F23 you better plan on putting a better transmission into the car. Your stock one wont last, it doesnt have the strenght to support a boosted car. If you have a 5spd, thatll buy you a little extra time. If you just do an H22 swap you can find a nice kit with the motor, 5spd tranny , and ecu. and in the long run thatll be cheaper than having to replace your F23 components as they go bad and the tranny. I just replaced my tranny and it was about $2000 through Honda.
