I just spoke with someone at work. He said Honda engines especially Accords are designed with sensitive sensors. He said modding with something like AEM SRI will change the temperature of the air Accord engine is designed to pull in. By switching to an aftermarket product, one can widen the air temp range the engine was designed to handle. It may cause irreversible damage to the engine.

He said that being it's not a turbo engine, it doesn't need a SRI. Plus it's only a SRI which doesn't do much except looking cute when one opens the hood.
