Bumped the thread because I needed some tips. :hs:

Anyway, I started interviewing people this year...I liked people who talked back and made conversation...though without getting off track. You gotta ask questions. And have a freaking personality. I didnt like the people who were stiffs. But I doubt these kind of tips are universal. It depends on the field you are interviewing for.
