i'm at a standstill here... i just had my headunit, sub and amp stolen a few weeks ago... ok no big deal anymore. i dropped my old pioneer unit back in. this was a 450 dollar unit like 4 years ago. so its still pretty damn good. only problem is, there is no sub preout on it. i drove around last night and it was crankin out some pretty good bass thru my pioneer 4-ways. now i listen to alot of metal, no rap really. what do you suggest i do... get a 4 channel amp, run it to all 4 speakers and just call it done? or spend a little more for a new head unit and sub and amp? if i amplify just the speakers can that give me any more bass?
