Check the Yel/Blk wires going into the injectors. They should be hot (batt. voltage) with the switch in the run position. If not, check to see if you have a short. The injectors work on a switched ground system along with the IACV. The power to this ultimately comes from A11 and A24 out of the ECU. I had a problem with mine that sounds similar with an open to the juction block on the back of the engine.
