Yo dub, he would then not be CARB legal. I used to own a 98 Civic EX with a GSR motor and I can tell you that there is a difference. I rather enjoyed my car until I got rid of it. IMO if you plan on doing more stuff down the road to teh motor then go with a B-series. If your plans just inlcude wanting more speed and are not worried about CARB legality then the 92-95 Turbo kit will be your best bet.
