I don't experience any issues at all with the power supply. Using an inverter is very simple and does the job quite nicely. I don't see any reason to make any changes, especially when using a laptop.

The computer stays quite cool back there based on the fact that I don't leave it running if I'm going to be away from it for an extended period of time.

Stuff comes up here and there depending on what all you want to accomplish. Pretty much everything I listed is what I've done so it's pretty straight forward.
